Membership passes work similar to a gift card. After purchase, you'll receive a code in an email to start your membership. The pass duration begins when redeemed and ends with the membership (either 6 months or 1 year). Membership includes unlimited access to all Group HIIT workouts on the website and Roku channel.
Passes are bought as a one-time fee.

Group HIIT is great for individuals and families, friends or co-workers that want to exercise together. Although classes can be done alone, exercise is better with a work out buddy - and it also increases your chances of success! Like working out alone? Finish a class then notify your group when you're done. It's also fun to do 1-2 sessions per week together at work.

The membership starts on the day each member redeems their code and completes registration.

No equipment is required to get started! We have multiple programs that are bodyweight only. Level up the intensity and follow programs with dumbbells and resistance bands. We have something for everyone.
